The more I watch this kid Cody do Elvis, the more amazed I am at how much he looks and acts like Elvis. It is really uncanny how he recaptures the look of Elvis in the 1950′s.
Back in 1956 Elvis really shook up the older generation with his loud clothes and stage performances, but the kids (of which I was one back then) LOVED him.
It is impossible to create the magic of seeing and feeling the energy and carisma of Elvis at a young age, but this rendition of Jailhouse Rock comes close. Who would have ever imagined how a young boy from Tupelo would ultimately affect the world even over 35 years after his passing….
